Kai founded Blog A&E after several people were referred to her after being hacked.  Some had simply missed an upgrade that had allowed hackers to sneak in, while others were on insecure, unstable, or hacked hosting.

We work with your host, where possible, once securing your site, to allow you to move on from hacking – and if your host can’t fix it, we offer secure, protected hosting that allows you to move on yourself.  Sometimes hosts just aren’t capable, or not interested in fixing holes – and sometimes, through no fault of thier own, they are at the mercy of thier upseller, which means though you think you’re dealing with a hosting company, you’re actually dealing with a reseller – and that reseller may not be on the best server, or have the best support themselves.

We charge by the minute, to ensure that you do not over pay, giving you the chance to ensure that you’ve got the best value while retrieving your site.  Once you’re ‘clean’ we also set up backups, and support, should you need it.
