Please note:
We charge by the minute - which means you'll only be charged for the work we do, or and any check ins we do. You will be invoiced by freshbooks, which will provide tracking of our actual work. We bill $1 per minute within our normal working hours and $1.50 for out of hours operation. We do try to be on duty as much as possible, but we consider 'out of hours' between 11pm gmt and 9am gmt, and all day Sunday.
