On the next few pages, we’ll outline the important things that we need you to understand before hiring us.

These are:

Our terms and conditions (what we can and can’t fix, and why)
What happens if our upgrades ‘break’ your site (the short answer is security is more important and we’ll need to work with you to restore your site onto either a similar plugin or theme, or upgrade them too)

Guarantees
We guarantee that we will upgrade to the latest available plugin and core wordpress theme before releasing your blog to you – we will do this via FTP or the back end system itself.

We guarantee to remove all code that has caused issue with your theme, as long as we can find it – we accomplish this by finding any customisations you have made (usually your stylesheet) and then install a clean copy of the theme, where applicable.

We will let you know if we think there is iframe code in your posts and how to find/remove it – if your blog is large, we may recommend you do it yourself, with instructions, though it’s equally possible that we can do it by checking your database.
