If an upgrade breaks the site?

Unfortunately, sometimes when we upgrade to protect you from the hack, we break the site.  In most cases, we then upgrade the theme or plugin that has broken, or very rarely, repair the code that’s caused the issue, but this is outside the ‘average’ repair time.

If we cannot fix it, or it will not upgrade (for example, the plugin or theme is discontinued, or your hosting won’t support the upgrades) we will let you know and suggest options.  Until then, we will use one of a couple of elegant, simple themes to repair your theme issue if required.
