We work with blogs that have been hacked to secure (as secure as any open source script can be) any WordPress blogs.  We cannot repair any hosting issues  – but if we can see where the problem is, we’ll let you know, so you can ask YOUR tech support to deal with it.  If they won’t, we can offer hosting options for you to peruse, including emergency hosting.

We promise to do so and your costs include upgrading of plugins and themes where applicable.  We cannot ‘upgrade’ custom code – and you are responsible for letting us know about customisations that have been made to your theme before upgrade.

In most cases we will try to take an ‘emergency’ backup – this backup MAY still be compromised, but will allow us to put your site back to wherever you were before hiring us.  If you have previous backups, even if they are old, please provide them.

We garunatee to only charge you for the minutes we’ve used.  No more, no less.
